Each week, Jem Stansfield (Bang Goes The Theory) and Dr Shini Somara pay a visit to The Patent Office seeking out the best inventions never made. Once they unearth the gems, they’ll track down the original inventors, and surprise them at their home or place of work. Jem and Shini will make them an offer they can’t refuse – to build actual prototypes, hone the inventors’ confidence and business plans, and get them to pitch their products to captains of industry, in the exciting climax of every show.
